Meeting 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 10:00 am

193 Comanche Drive, Castle Rock

Our group meets the second and fourth Fridays each month at 10 am.  We have continued to meet through the summer and will be wrapping up our current study the end of September. Our group loves and cares for each other and is always eager to welcome and embrace any newcomers. We meet in various homes, so please call Nita Duncan at 360-998-0427 or 971-219-0067 for location of the current meeting. We also offer carpooling if anyone needs a ride.

Our new study will begin October on either The 23rd Psalm or The Lord’s Prayer. We have easy reading assignments between our meetings and then come together for discussion. We would love for you to join us. If you let me know you’re planning to come, I’ll have a book for you. In the meantime you are invited to join us as we finish our journey with Max Lucado in Romans.

Topics of discussion are varied, from discussing the weekend message to topics like prayer, sharing Jesus, and learning about and using our Spiritual gifts. Our varied ages make for great sharing and challenge as we grow together in our Christian walk. We love newcomers, and look forward to further growth and possible multiplication in the future!

Lakefront Friday Group

Leaders: David and Kristen Janiszewski

Fridays @ 6:30 PM

The Grove Alliance Church (2116 E Kessler Blvd, Longview)

This group is a hybrid of all ages, including a break out group for the college-aged. We come together with worship, discussion and breakout groups of 4-8 people for 3 weeks of the month. The fourth week (as need arises or Spirit leads) we will be putting what we study into action in the form of community service, prayer walks through neighborhoods and around the lake, reaching out to the homeless and struggling with prayer and/or supplies, concert volunteering and mission trips local and far away. This is a group focused on looking, acting, and believing as the apostles did in the book of Acts.

Childcare will be available but children/teens are also encouraged to participate!

Come and help us to follow Jesus' will for this group.
